Garry Saintil
Mortgage Advisor

Garry is an American citizen who came to the UK in 1995. A fully qualified Independant Mortgage Broker with a degree in Communication and French from the City University of New York - Hunter College. He has been actively involved in financial services specialising in investments, protection and mortgages. He joined All About Mortgages in 2007 as a mortgage consultant and deals with all levels of property purchase and remortgages.

Emma Burrows
Office Administrator

Emma, our administrator has been with the company since the beginning, just over two years. Emma was born in Gloucester and educated at Ribston Hall High School and is married with three children. She has worked in a Secretarial/PA role in a solicitors firm , software house and fostering agency.
As our administrator Emma is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office and keeps us all in check!

Rowan Hill
Director

Rowan started his estate agency life as a negotiator with one of Bristol's foremost Estate Agents in the early 1980's. After progressing his way through the ranks he was involved in the set up and running of other successful businesses in Chepstow, Caldicott and most recently Cinderford in the Forest of Dean where he owns and runs the local branch of KJT residential Estate Agents. Rowan joined forces with Paul and Mark Cornell in July 2007 and opened All About Homes.

Mark Cornell
Mortgage Advisor

Mark was raised in Gloucester and after leaving Chosen Hill School he went on to a local insurance brokerage specialising in selling both motor and house insurances. From there he joined a large insurance company as a trainee financial advisor. After becoming fully qualified and five years service he left and joined a major local estate agency as a mortgage advisor. In 2006 he and his brother Paul joined forces and opened All About Mortgages, then in 2007 opened All About Homes with Rowan Hill.

Hallam Beveridge
Estate Agent

Hallam moved to Gloucester in 1995 and started work as a negotiator in a local estate agents. Over the next fourteen years he worked in various different estate agents in Gloucester, Worcester, the Cotswold's and Swindon building an absolute wealth of knowledge in the mean time. In autumn 2007 he joined Paul, Mark and Rowan at All About Homes and assumed the managers position. Hallam has a forward thinking approach to the ever changing housing market, his aim is to make the selling and buying of your next home as easy as possible.

Paul Cornell
Mortgage Advisor/Sales Negotiator

Paul started his estate agency career when he was twenty years old and worked in several different estate agencies in the Gloucestershire area. He moved into financial services at the age of twenty five when he trained and became a financial advisor. After completing four years in that role he decided to specialise in mortgages and life assurance and moved back into estate agency working for one of the largest estate agency chains in Gloucester. Three years down the line and Paul and his brother Mark decided to take the leap and start up on their own. After completing their first year successfully it was decided that opening an estate agency was the next obvious step. Teaming up with brother Mark and Rowan Hill All About Homes was born.

Kerry Williams
Mortgage Advisor

Kerry is the newest recruit to join the team at All About Homes. Kerry started work in the Financial Services Industry straight from school when she joined a local bank. Several years down the line she decided that she wanted to be able to offer her clients more choice than just the one lender. After leaving the bank she worked as a mortgage advisor for a local estate agent. Kerry then decided to move to a local mortgage broker where she worked for several years building a large client bank and a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry. She has been advising clients on mortgages for over fifteen years and still enjoys it as much today as she did when she first started!

Trevor Russell
Manager

As well as dealing with clients directly, and advising them on the most effective ways to sell or purchase their properties, Trevor is responsible for the day to day management of the office and its smooth operation. His wealth of experience working with Estate Agencies, including large corporate and independant companies in the Gloucester area, has allowed Trevor to develop a detailed knowledge of the local market and its many opportunities. This experience is equally important in maintaining our commitment to provide clients with the very best advice when using our services.

Steve Edwards
Valuation Manager

Steve has been valuing houses in Gloucestershire for nearly 30 years making him one of the most experienced valuers around. Born in Stroud and living in Gloucester his knowledge of the the area is second to none along with his natural ability to interact with both buyers and sellers alike.
