We will advertise your home on our own website www.all-about-homes.co.uk as well as all of the major property websites including www.rightmove.co.uk, primelocation and www.findaproperty.com to make sure it gets the greatest exposure. To generate maximum interest we also advertise in the local property paper, parish magazines and maintain an extensive and very accurate mailing list.

Regular feedback and updates is an area where many other estate agents fail to make the grade; this can be extremely frustrating. We make it a priority to contact you at least once a week to let you know how the market is responding to your property. We aim to accompany all viewings where possible and you will receive a call within 48 hours to let you know how it went.

If an offer is forthcoming we will contact you immediately to discuss it. We are always mindful that you, our vendor, are the client. To this end all offers will be discussed in an open and fair manner. We will endeavour to point out the potential merits or pitfalls of the offer by checking the buyers chain and, if necessary, the financial situation. A requirement of the Estate Agency Act is that all offers are recorded in writing and forwarded on to you.

If a sale is agreed it will be monitored closely to ensure a “smooth move”. Close monitoring enables us to identify any problems at an early stage thus avoiding any unexpected surprises during the latter stages of the transaction.
